“During Su Dongpo’s stay in 

Huangzhou following his demotion, 

one day, Zhu Zaishang, an educational 

officer from the regional academy, 

came to visit him. After a servant 

announced his arrival, he waited for 

a while before Su Dongpo hurried 

over and explained that he had been 

delayed by his daily study. Feeling 

intrigued, Zhu inquired, ‘What is your 

daily study?’ Su replied, ‘Transcribing 

Hanshu (Book of Han).’”

苏东坡被贬黄州期间，一天州学教授朱载上登门拜访，家僮通报后半晌才见他快步而来，原来是因做每日功课耽误了。朱载上好奇，问何为每日之功课？回答说：‘抄《汉书》’。”

Shihua), the translator of the Finnish 

children’s literary work Moomin: 

The Complete Tove Jansson Comic 

Strip, shared her reflections on 

translating classics under the title 

“Plant Some Potatoes, Make Some 

Beautiful Dreams”. Under Wu 

Jintao’s guidance, “friends of all 

ages” read a captivating chapter from 

Moomin and the Martians.

活动中， 芬兰儿童文学作品《姆明漫画全集》的译者吴金桃（笔名：十画）则以“种点儿土豆，做几个美梦”为题，分享了她翻译经典中的点滴感悟。在吴金桃的带领下，“大小朋友们”一起阅读了《姆明和火星人》的精彩篇章。

“A Warm Family Meet at Chinese 

Corner” is the first Chinese language 

communication hub for foreign 

nationals established in Wenjiang 

District. By regularly holding 

thematic sharing sessions on Chinese 

language and traditional Chinese 

culture, it has attracted over 400 

foreign residents in Wenjiang. At the 

event, 10 friends from Wenjiang’s 

“A Warm Family Meet at Chinese 

Corner” recited classic works, Charm 

of a Maiden Singer—Memories of 

the Past at Red Cliff and The Mid-

Autumn Moon (Tune: Prelude to Water 

Melody).

“域见·汉语角”是温江区建立的首个外籍人士汉语交流点，通过定期开展汉语和中国传统文化主题分享，吸引了在温外籍人士400余人次参与。活动现场，10名来自温江“域见·汉语角”的朋友朗诵了经典作品《念奴娇·赤壁怀古》《水调歌头·明月几时有》。

and Wenjiang resident Bai Yalan 

shared their favorite classic literary 

works and stories of how they 

experienced the joy of reading in 

Wenjiang.

在温意大利籍留学生苏耘哲、温江市民柏雅蓝各自分享了喜爱的经典文学作品和在温江感受书香的故事。

As the spring breeze blows, the 

fragrance of books lingers in the air. 

In recent years, Wenjiang has built 28 

24-hour bookstores, such as 

“Heterogeneity Bookstore” and 

“Vision Bookstore”. As a result, it 

has established an integrated reading 

service network that connects all 

library resources in the district, 

allowing for mutual borrowing and 

returning of books, with an annual 

borrowing volume exceeding 300,000.

春风过处，书香正浓。近年来，温江已建成“异己”“视阈”等留灯书屋28个，形成一体化阅读服务网络，实现全区图书资源互联互通、通借通还，年均借阅量超30万人次。

This event represents a vivid practice 

of Wenjiang’s ongoing efforts to 

deepen public reading and an example 

of using culture as a bridge to promote 

international exchanges.

本次活动正是温江持续深化全民阅读的一次生动实践，也是以文化为纽带，推动中外交流的缩影。

2022年来，温江已先后开展了“德国威廉·昂格版画展”“BOOK思议—中外市民阅读活动”“印象春天·艺术沙龙”“法国天空之光童声合唱团友好交流”“一家亲·我们的年夜饭”“国际友城青少年创意设计大赛—我和我的植物精灵”等各类中外文化精品交流活动20余场。
